To cancel a reading you must give 24 hours prior to booked appointment to receive a full refund.
Shawn Stone does not accept any responsibility for your actions either before or after your reading, only you are responsible for your actions and decisions that you make.

On the rare occasion Shawn cannot connect with your energy, you will be advised of this and will be refunded via your PayPal account.
